My passion for fitness started long before I understood "programming." Growing up, I played sports and spent countless hours running just for the pure joy of it—no GPS, no pace tracking, just movement. That shifted into a career path in college when a personal training course opened my eyes to the science behind the sweat. Today, I combine that lifelong love for movement with professional expertise as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Programming Essentials for Fitness Professionals. I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients, tailoring programs to fit each person’s body, goals, and lifestyle. Vitality is about the ability to live, grow, and develop. My goal is to help you balance progress with sustainability so you can enjoy your training while learning to exercise confidently and independently.
