My passion for fitness started long before I understood "programming." Growing up, I played sports and spent countless hours running just for the pure joy of it—no GPS, no pace tracking, just movement. That shifted into a career path in college when a personal training course opened my eyes to the science behind the sweat. Today, I combine that lifelong love for movement with professional expertise as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Programming Essentials for Fitness Professionals.
